Dear Friends,
The Appalchian Gestalt Therapy Institute wants to keep you informed as the situation changes with regard to COVID.  We are planning to return to some in person training in September and going forward.  We will continue to offer some training in virtual format for the foreseeable future.  Please read the descriptions of each training opportunity to learn if it is in person, hybrid on virtual.  Our policy for registering for the the in person training is detailed on our training page.  Please read it carefully before you register.

The Appalachian Gestalt Therapy Institute (AGTI) is one of over 100 training centers around the world and the only center of itskind in Western North Carolina.

AGTI's Goals are:To provide training for professionals and personal growth opportunities/experiences for non-professionals

To deepen participant's whole person awareness through emphasizing interpersonal relationships and personal growth.

To enhance and expand participant's therapy practice using Gestalt Therapy.

Appalachian Gestalt Therapy Institute has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No.6575.  Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.  Appalachian Gestalt Therapy Institute is solely responsible for all aspects of the program.


AGTI is the hosting group for the Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy --- An International Community Southeast USA regional conference.
