Joe De Paula, M.A, a member of the New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy, will lead a Group Discussion including a slide presentation on the topic of “Mindful, Focused Awareness in the Now: the Zen Buddhist and Taoist influences in Gestalt Therapy” at Laughing Heart Lodge in Hot Springs, NC starting at 5 PM on Sunday Aug. 30. (There will be no charge for the Program and Refreshments will be served) The address is 289 NW Highway 70 (at HW 25). The Program will entail both experiential and didactic components that will be interwoven with practical exercises into the program.
